• Our bake at home cinnamon buns are fully proofed and ready to bake.

Take your buns out of the freezer and leave at room temp (ideally 72 degrees) for about 2 hours. They need to be fully defrosted to bake properly.

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

Remove plastic lid and frosting, and spritz the top of the buns with water (or drizzle from a faucet or your fingers approximately one tablespoon of water).

Bake for 45-50 minutes. If you have an instant thermometer, temp the inside to 190.

Cut open frosting packet and drizzle on top and enjoy! Note: Do NOT microwave frosting packet it will probably explode everywhere. Frosting at room temp will melt onto buns without needing to be warmed!

Let rest for a couple of minutes and enjoy!

Don’t be afraid to use flour when shaping your dough!

    Tips on shaping!

There’s a couple of different ways to make pizza at home, and they’re all equally delicious. If you have a pizza oven like an ooni, you can follow their instructions for a blisteringly hot Neapolitan style dough. If you’re baking it in your home oven and have a pizza stone, set your oven to the highest temperature and let everything heat up for about half an hour. Shape your dough following those instructions above, top with your desired sauces, and slide in to the oven on a pizza peel (or the under side of a cookie tray!).

If you don’t have a stone, my favorite way to make pizza at home follows these instructions right here!
